The Mazzer Super Jolly V Up is a flat-burr grinder built with stainless steel, aluminum, brass, and copper components. These materials are selected for durability and ease of maintenance. Mazzer Doser

The Super Jolly V Up includes a 280-gram doser container for dispensing ground coffee. Dose quantities can be adjusted within a 5.5 to 8-gram range.

Stepless Adjustment

The grinder features stepless micrometrical adjustment for fine control over grind size. The 64 mm flat burrs are designed for consistent grinding with low retention. When making finer adjustments, the grinder must be running to avoid burr obstruction.

Grinding System and Burrs

The grinder operates at 1400 RPM and uses 64 mm flat burrs made from hardened high-carbon steel manufactured by Mazzer. The burr design supports controlled grinding performance for commercial or home environments.

Grounds Delivery

A removable funnel at the outlet allows access for cleaning and maintenance. An adjustable stainless-steel portafilter holder is included to help center the grounds flow into the basket and minimize waste.
