Yes, we provide free shipping on orders to the 48 contiguous U.S. states. At this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or internationally.

If your order is damaged upon delivery, please document the damage with photos and email us at sales@purelyhospitality.com. within 15 calendar days. For freight shipments, if damage is not noted on the delivery papers, you have five business days to report it.

Non-custom products that are unused and unopened may be returned within 15 calendar days of delivery. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
