At Purely Hospitality, our goal is to deliver top-tier boutique hospitality equipment with smooth, reliable service and total clarity. Here’s everything you need to know about how we ship and serve our guests:

Shipping Coverage

  • Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on all orders to the 48 contiguous U.S. states.

  • No Shipping to AK, HI, or Internationally: We currently do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international addresses.

Order & Fulfillment Schedule

  • Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM CST

  • Fulfillment Days: Monday through Friday

  • No Fulfillment: Orders are not fulfilled on weekends or U.S. federal holidays

  • Order Processing Time: 1–3 business days

  • Shipping Transit Time: 4–6 business days

  • Estimated Delivery Window: 5–9 business days total

Order Shipment

Once your order ships, we’ll email you tracking details within 24 business hours. If you do not receive tracking info within 5 business days, contact us at sales@purelyhospitality.com

We ship using UPS, FedEx, or freight carriers, depending on the size and weight of your product.

Damage Policy

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

  • If your order is shipped via freight, note any visible damage on the delivery receipt before signing.

  • All damages must be reported within 15 calendar days of delivery.

  • If the item is freight and you did not note visible damage on the delivery papers, you must report the damage within 5 business days.

Failure to report within these timeframes may result in limited or no coverage for replacement or repair.

Changing Your Shipping Address

  • Before Shipment: Contact us as soon as possible to update your shipping address.

  • After Shipment: Once an order has shipped, we are unable to change the delivery address. Please confirm all address details carefully before completing your purchase.

Incorrect addresses submitted at checkout are the responsibility of the buyer and may result in delayed or lost deliveries.

Cancellations & Order Changes

  • You may cancel or modify your order free of charge if it has not yet shipped.

  • If the order has already shipped, it cannot be canceled.

  • If you no longer want the item, you may request a return, subject to our return and refund policy.

  • Custom orders cannot be canceled once production has started.

Delivery Timelines & Delays

We aim to deliver within 5–9 business days. While we strive for prompt fulfillment and transit, unexpected shipping delays may occasionally occur. We will keep you informed and work to resolve any delays promptly.

We use trusted national carriers, including UPS, FedEx, and reputable freight companies. All orders ship free to the 48 contiguous U.S. states. Whether it’s a home espresso grinder or a large commercial machine, our shipping timelines remain consistent.
