64 mm Flat Burrs

The V Pro uses redesigned 64 mm flat burrs produced in Mazzer’s manufacturing facility. These burrs are engineered for an expanded adjustment range and accessible cleaning. The grinding chamber can be opened for maintenance without altering the grind setting. An adjustable portafilter holder includes a contact-activated grinding button. The memory track collar allows users to mark the burr-touch point for reference as burrs wear over time.

A dual-fan cooling system supports stable operating temperatures during repeated grinding cycles. The digital display provides operational information, statistics, and connectivity options compatible with Mazzer’s smartphone app.

Grind Flow Control System

The Grind Flow Control (GFC) system uses a removable aluminum outlet insert and interchangeable wire dampers designed to help manage static, control grind flow, and reduce grounds spreading. Users may choose dampers based on coffee type, roast profile, or environmental conditions.
