The Major V uses 83 mm flat steel burrs produced in Mazzer’s manufacturing facility. These burrs are designed for consistent particle size and support operation in demanding settings. Grind Flow Control System

The Grind Flow Control (GFC) system includes a removable aluminum outlet insert and interchangeable wire dampers. These components are engineered to influence particle flow, help manage static, and support consistent distribution. The GFC assembly is accessible beneath the electronics and finger guard.
