The Mazzer Kony S Electronic is a conical burr grinder designed for commercial and medium-volume environments. It uses a low-RPM grinding system paired with conical burrs and includes updated electronics for dose programming and interface control. The grinder incorporates a dual-fan cooling system to help manage internal temperature during extended operation.

Features

The Kony S Electronic includes conical grinding blades operating at a controlled rotational speed. Stepless micrometrical adjustment allows for fine grind calibration while the burrs are in motion. The grinder provides on-demand grinding with programmable single and double doses, each adjustable independently. A digital display provides access to dosing information and shot counts. A ventilation system with electronic monitoring supports temperature regulation. A hand tamper and tamping support are included.
