The Eureka Mignon Zero 16CR is a compact single-dose grinder designed for users who switch between coffees and require low retention. The included single-dose hopper and blow-out system are designed to help clear the grinding chamber between doses. Its small footprint and mechanical layout make it suitable for home environments where space and workflow efficiency are important.

Stepless Micrometric Adjustment

The grinder uses Eureka’s stepless micrometric regulation system for detailed grind-size control. The adjustment mechanism operates through movement of the lower burr, which allows cleaning access to the upper burr without altering the grind setting. The 55 mm hardened steel burrs are engineered for consistent grinding performance in fine-grind applications.

Silent Technology

The Mignon Zero includes a vibration-reduction design intended to lower operational noise compared to traditional grinders. This supports quieter grinding in home or low-noise environments.

ACE System

Eureka’s ACE system is included to help manage static and reduce clumping as grounds exit the chute. This assists with consistent dosing and clean operation during regular use.

Durable Design

The grinder is built with an aluminum body and grinding chamber. The larger adjustment knob includes a vertical scale to support user visibility. Its overall construction is designed for durability in daily use.

Burrs
