Hybrid Brewing and Steaming System

The Silvano Evo uses a hybrid system featuring a coffee boiler paired with a dedicated thermo block for steam production. The thermo block provides continuous steam availability, and the steam circuit may be switched off independently when steaming is not required. This allows users to prepare espresso and steam milk at the same time while managing energy use.

Heat-Up Characteristics

The thermo block contributes to faster warm-up times compared to traditional steam boilers, making the machine suitable for situations where quick heating is preferred. Power to the machine may also be managed through external timers if desired.

PID Temperature Control

A PID controller manages the coffee boiler temperature, supporting stable brewing conditions. The PID uses small energy pulses to maintain a narrow temperature range and features a built-in shot timer for monitoring extraction duration.

Setup Tip

Before steaming milk for the first time, it is recommended to purge a small amount of air from the steam wand to clear any residue from initial assembly.
