The Quick Mill QM67 is a double-boiler espresso machine designed for home users who want the ability to brew espresso and steam milk at the same time while maintaining a compact footprint. Its stainless steel construction, insulated stainless steel boilers, and traditional E61 group head support stable operation in daily use. The machine’s overall size allows it to fit comfortably on most kitchen counters without requiring extensive space.

Functionality

The QM67 uses dual stainless steel boilers controlled by a PID system to support consistent brewing and steaming temperatures. Each boiler has its own power switch, allowing users to operate only the brew boiler when steaming is not required. The insulated boilers contribute to stable operation during consecutive drinks. The design supports simultaneous brewing and steaming for efficient drink preparation.

Water Reservoir

A 3-liter BPA-free water reservoir is accessed by lifting the hinged cup-warming tray, allowing refilling without removing cups or the warming surface. A low-water sensor provides an audible alert when refilling is needed. The expansion valve used for adjusting pump pressure is also located beneath the warming tray.

Dual Manometer

A dual-scale manometer positioned near the E61 group displays pump pressure and service-boiler pressure. This allows users to view both pressures during operation. Access to the expansion valve beneath the cup warmer simplifies pump-pressure adjustments when needed.

PID with Shot Timer

The QM67 features a brushed stainless steel PID controller with an integrated shot timer. The display provides temperature information and contributes to maintaining accuracy in the brewing process. The E61 group head, made of chrome-plated brass, adds additional thermal mass to support consistent brew temperatures.

Energy-Saving Modes

The QM67 includes programmable energy-saving modes controlled through the brew lever when the machine is off:

• Service (steam) boiler powers down after 60 minutes of non-use

• Both boilers power down after 120 minutes of non-use
