Weight-Based Grinding

The grinder includes a built-in load cell that enables dosing by weight or by time. This system is designed to support measurement accuracy while reducing steps in the grinding process. Low-RPM operation contributes to reduced heat transfer and lower retention.

Low RPM Conical Burrs

The Kony Sg operates at a controlled rotational speed, supported by a dual-fan cooling system and a split-chassis design to help manage heat around the grinding chamber. The 63 mm conical steel burrs are manufactured in Mazzer’s facility in Italy.

Built-In Scale and Display

The integrated scale allows adjustments to 0.01 g increments and supports three programmable doses, along with a manual mode. The 2.4-inch color TFT display provides an accessible interface, available in 19 languages, and offers feedback regarding grinder settings and operation.
