The Hoshizaki DCM-500BWH-OS Opti-Serve is a self-contained, water-cooled ice and water dispenser built for commercial use. It produces cubelet-style ice and dispenses both ice and water using a hands-free LED sensor system. This model is suited for high-demand environments such as restaurants, hospitals, hotels, and office facilities where a reliable ice and water source is essential.

It has a production capacity of up to 590 lb of ice per 24 hours at 70°F air and 50°F water (512 lb AHRI certified at 90°F air and 70°F water) and includes a 40 lb built-in storage bin.
