The Hoshizaki DCM-500BAH-OS Opti-Serve is a self-contained, air-cooled ice and water dispenser designed for commercial use. It produces cubelet-style ice and dispenses both ice and water through a hands-free LED sensor system. Suitable for food service, healthcare, hospitality, and office environments, it supports operations that require a reliable source of ice and water in a compact format.

This model produces up to 618 lb of ice per 24 hours at 70°F air and 50°F water (450 lb AHRI certified at 90°F air and 70°F water) and includes a 40 lb built-in storage bin.
