The Hoshizaki KM-1100MRJZ is a cube-style, remote condenser ice maker designed for commercial environments such as restaurants, hotels, and healthcare facilities. It produces crescent-shaped ice cubes and is built with a stainless steel exterior for durability and ease of cleaning.
This model provides a production capacity of up to 1,156 pounds of ice per 24 hours at 70°F air and 50°F water temperatures (1,030 pounds AHRI certified at 90°/70°F). It operates with a compatible remote condenser (sold separately) and uses R-404A refrigerant.
