The Eureka Atom W 75 is a flat-burr grinder designed for environments requiring weight-based dosing and consistent output. It includes an integrated scale and grind-by-weight system that delivers measured doses without requiring manual timing adjustments. The grinder supports repeated dosing with a compact footprint suited for home or commercial use.

Weight-Based Grinding System

The integrated scale allows the grinder to dispense a programmed dose by weight. Three weight-based presets are available through the display, and the dosing system can also be operated in manual or time-based modes. This configuration supports repeatable dosing across a range of roast levels.

Commercial-Oriented Grinding Performance

The Atom W 75 uses a 1700 RPM motor paired with 75 mm flat stainless steel burrs. The grinder is designed for a grinding range of approximately 3.3 to 4.8 grams per second. The housing is built for stability, and the adjustable portafilter fork holds the portafilter in place during grinding. Eureka’s internal anti-clumping system is designed to manage static and promote consistent grounds distribution.

Maintenance Access

The grinder allows cleaning access to the upper burr without altering the grind setting. This is made possible because grind adjustments are controlled by the lower burr. The stepless micrometric adjustment system provides continuous control over grind size.

User Interface and Controls

An IPS touch display provides access to grinder functions, including programmable grind-by-weight settings, time-based dosing, and operational information. A built-in light illuminates the portafilter area during grinding.
